Andrew Bloch was born on June 1, 1969 at Orange, Connecticut, United States and was good at playing card games but never thought of playing poker till 1992. He played poker by making short visits to the Foxwoods where he made his name to the winner’s list in a year.
He using his mathematical skills began finishing good at games making it to the television and news papers. By this time he was into professional poker and has participated in the WSOP 1997 and 1998.
He became second in the 2006 World Series of Poker, Event 20 which earned him $1,029,600. Also in 2008 WSOP, Event 1 he also was the 2nd best with a earning of $488,048. By this time he took professional gambling as his carrier tough had two electrical engineering degrees from MIT and a law degree at Havard. From 1996 till date he has won a massive $3,341,693 from the poker events, but he took this thing seriously after 2002.
He is currently representing the new online poker site - Full Tilt Poker. All the money he wins at there goes to charity. Besides he’s one of the few players who share their poker tips, strategies and help others too.
