Howard Lederer was born in 1964 in New Hampshire. He moved to Las Vegas in 1993. Howard is known as ‘The Professor’ for his analytical style and great history of wins. Howard is the author and poet of Kathy Lederer. He made an instructional poker video ‘Secrets of No Limit Hold’em’. He runs Howard Lederer Poker Fantasy Camp. Howard is the co-founder and CEO of ‘Tiltware Inc’.
In 1993 World Series of Poker he won the second place and gained $35,535.Howard won the World Series of Poker championship in two consecutive years i.e. in 2000 and 2001. Howard took home $198,000 in 2000 and $165,870 in 2001.
In 2002, he won the World Poker Tour and gained $320,400. He stood first in 2003 Party Poker Million II and earned $263,850.In World Poker Classic 2004 Championship he finished in first place earning $339,842. In 2008 Crown Aussie Million Championship he earned $949,175 by finishing it in first place.
Howard’s total earnings as of 2008 exceed $4,040,645.
