Layne Flack was born in 1969 in South Dakota. He was a poker dealer before becoming a poker professional. He was mentored by Huck Seed and Johnny Chan. This helped Layne to learn poker and play well. Layne made 65 cashes and 14 final finishes.
In 1997 Layne won the Hall of Fame Poker Classic taking home $67,800. In 1998 World Series of Poker he stood in 2nd place winning $133,000.He also stood first in 1999 World Series of Poker gaining $224,400.In 2000 Layne won the L.A. Poker Classic and took home $35,964.In the same year he also won the Legends of Poker tournament earning $114,000.
Layne won the 2002 World Series of Poker championship and earned $303,880.In 2004 World Poker Tournament he gained $500,000 by finishing in 2nd place. Layne won the 2008 World Series of Poker title and took home $577,725.Layne’s nickname is Back to Back. Other than poker he likes playing golf and bowling. He likes to listen 1980’s music.Layne’s total poker earnings exceed $ $3,859,684.
