Tuan Lam was born in 1966 in Vietnam. He migrated to Canada at the age of 19.Prior becoming a poker player he was a laborer in a metal company. He learned poker from his friends where he sharpened his skills and reached the final table of 2007 World Series of Poker main event.
Tuan Lam made two cash wins in 2005 World Series and 2006 World Series of Poker. In 2005 World Series he stood in 46th place earning $3,290. In 2006 World Series of Poker he earned $7,153.Tuan made the final table of 2007 World Series of Poker main event where he took home $4,840,981.
Tuan became famous with only three wins which are fantastic and catchy by the poker world. Tuan’s life had changed drastically with these wins which led him to play poker regularly. He plays poker at Brantford Charity Casino in Brantford. Tuan Lam’s total wins as per 2008 are - $4,851,424.
